1. General Policy
E-Hub provides engineering services, consultancy, training programs, internships, project assistance, and marketplace services.
Because many services involve professional time, consultation, manpower allocation, and digital resources, refunds are governed by the conditions below.
2. Eligible Refund Cases
Refunds may be considered if:
- Payment was deducted multiple times.
- Service was not delivered due to a verified platform error.
- A purchased course or service was unavailable after payment.
- Technical issues prevented service delivery and could not be resolved.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Completed consultations.
- Callback services already provided.
- Professional consultancy sessions.
- Internship registrations already processed.
- Course access already granted.
- Downloaded digital materials.
- Completed engineering services.
- Freelancer bidding fees (if applicable).
- Services canceled by the user after work has started.
4. Project Services
For engineering, construction, design, BIM, AutoCAD, quantity estimation, project management, or consultancy projects:
- Advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work has commenced.
- Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
- Partial refunds may be issued if work has not substantially started.
5. Course & Training Refunds
Course refunds may be approved only if:
- The student has not accessed course materials.
- The student has not attended training sessions.
- Refund request is submitted within 7 days of payment.
After training access is granted, refunds are generally not available.
6. Internship Programs
Internship registration fees, processing fees, and certification fees are non-refundable once registration has been confirmed.
8. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within:
7–15 business days
depending on banking and payment gateway timelines.
9. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel future services before work begins.
Once project execution, training, consultancy, or internship processing has started, cancellation requests may not be eligible for refunds.

- Full Name
- Registered Email
- Registered Mobile Number
- Transaction ID
- Reason for Refund Request
The final refund decision shall be made by E-Hub management after review.
